Is my money safe?
Ask this of any payment provider, including us. A provider should show its legal name, address and regulatory authorisation on its website, and you should be able to confirm them on the regulator's public register. Ours appear at the bottom of this page. If you cannot find them, do not send money.
Which currencies can you handle?
We focus on major currencies. Tell us where you need to pay and we will confirm what is available.
How long does a payment take?
It depends on the currency and destination. We give you the expected timing before you approve a payment.
Why might a transfer be delayed?
Transfers can take longer because of identity checks, missing details, bank cut-off times or reviews by other banks. If yours is affected, we will tell you what is needed.
How do you handle payments to many people?
Send us your payment list. We confirm the amounts and currencies with you, then process them together and give you a record of each payment.

We ask for proof of identity and business details, as part of verifying every client before any money moves.

What we collect
If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, company and message. This website has no user accounts and sets no tracking cookies. Our hosting and font providers, including Google Fonts, may process technical data such as your IP address.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you and handle your request. We rely on your request, our legitimate interests and our legal obligations as the basis for this.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, or when the law requires it. Some of these providers may be outside Brazil.
